Topic: "Voltage Sag Monitoring and Mitigation"

98% of all "dirty power anomalies" are voltage sags lasting less than 2 seconds. SoftSwitching Technologies has developed a method for better understanding the nature of voltage sag events and devices for mitigating those same events. This presentation will cover both the Igrid and DySC devices and their benefits to operations.

Speaker Bio:
Mr. Loomis brings over 27 years of experience in the automation industry to the SST helm. He has worked for several global leaders, winning numerous awards for sales achievement, industry impact and leadership. He has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing as well as strategic role in mergers and acquisitions.
He has also served as Treasurer for World FIP, an international consortium committed to the development of an industrial standard for communications between machines, vendors and technologies.
Mr. Loomis earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and his Executive MBA from Northeastern University.
Mr. Loomis and his wife are natives of the Chicago area. He enjoys college sports, woodworking music, cars and gardening.
