Topic: "Power Quality and the SmartGrid, is going to get better or worse?"
After 3+ years of research, interviews and investigation this presentation will discuss the various aspects of the SmartGrid and their impact on Power Quality as delivered to the user. A brief special update on the state of SmartGrid Asia.
Speaker Bio:
Terry Chandler, Director of Engineering Power Quality Inc Yuma, AZ; Power Quality Thailand LTD; Founder: SmartGridAsia.US LTD
Mr. Chandler has more than 25 years experience in the Power Quality Industry. He focuses on measuring, documenting and consulting on Power Quality Situations in North America and Asia. He has published more than 100 papers on the various aspects of Power Quality, conducted 100's of classes and seminars on Power Quality. Mr. Chandler's current project is organizing a new venture in Asia to bring American technology to the electrical utilities SmartGrid projects in Asia.
