Equipment Compatibility in Manufacturing Operation:
A manufacturing equipment experienced random shutdown from time to time without any warning or indication of any issue with the operation. This case study covers the investigation and the solution.

Semi F47 Compliant Equipment Fails Real World Sags:
A SEMI F47 compliant equipment had a 35% failure rate of ( the total number of pieces of equipment) during power disturbances. Some of the same type equipment fed from the same normal power source survived others did not. Equipment that was fed from UPS power did not have any failure.
