The City of Phoenix Planning & Development Department will be requiring all Special Inspectors to be certified through the City of Phoenix. Mike will be discussing the details of this new requirement, who it effects, who is exempt, any fees and when it will go into effect.
Speaker Bio:
Mike is currently the Team Leader over Commercial Inspections City of Phoenix. He has 23 years in the electrical industry. Mike is a certified IAEI & ICC Residential, General and Plan Review Electrical plus Master Electrical Inspector CEI-M-230, CEI-R-173 from IAEI. Mike is also a Licensed Electrical Contractor, and a former Electrical Inspection Field Supervisor for City of Phoenix.
