Presentation will focus on online Partial Discharge testing of MV cables which is a non-destructive, non-invasive predictive maintenance tool that is a useful indicator of insulation degradation of power cable systems.
Speaker Bio:
Manoj Shah is a Senior Compliance engineer with Southwest Energy Systems. He has over 30 years of experience in industrial and commercial electrical testing and maintenance as well as Compliance work. He is a NETA certified level IV Senior Technician and is a member of the NETA commissioning standard working group. He is also a IEEE member. Mr. Shah is registered as a professional Electrical Engineer in the state of Arizona.
