Speaker Bio:
Roy joined Lyncole Technical Services after a twenty-year career in the United States Marine Corps. Roy's military experience includes six years as an engineer in the field of aviation electronics working with communication / navigation equipment, three years as an engineering instructor, two years as an engineering programs auditor and nine years as a senior engineer managing a team of 70 plus engineers.

Since joining Lyncole Technical Services as head of the Applications Engineering Department in May of 1997 Roy has been responsible for developing testing procedures specific to the AEMC 3710 Clamp-On Resistance Tester for testing cellular communication site grounding systems. Roy has also been responsible for design calculations, manufacturing and quality assurance procedures, on-site testing, complete site grounding surveys, turnkey installations, specialized grounding seminars, lightning damage evaluations and total site protection recommendations.
