Speaker Bio:
Bruce has covered the mechanical and electrical markets in the Pacific NW, giving particular focus to a variety of power quality oriented products including Dranetz Power Analyzers, TVSS, UPS, Power Factor Correction and other power quality solution oriented manufacturers; like MGE UPS Systems, Kohler standby generator systems and EFI TVSS. Catering to customers such as Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Pacificorp, Weyerhaeuser, and Cingular, working with in house facility engineers and independent consulting engineers and design/build contractors.

In 1997 Bruce went to work with the third largest electrical contractor, the Oregon Electric Group, as the Power Quality Solutions manager. Focusing on custom turn key solutions for customers requiring power quality surveys and analysis, supply/install/test and maintenance of mission critical power systems within large HiTech, Industrial and Medical facilities. Such solutions also involved Oregon Electric's own UL508 integrated, custom control, packaged solutions.

In 2001 Bruce started with Controlled Power Co. of Troy, MI taking the position of Western Regional Sales Manager, covering 13 western states plus Western Canada. Part of his duties also include managing three of the top five accounts for the company as well as some of the major OEM customers like Varian Oncology and GE Healthcare Systems, whom CPC builds products for on a private label basis.
