Topic: "Synchrophasors - A New View of our System"
Time Synchronized System Phasor Measurements deliver a higher resolution picture of the power system than existing SCADA systems. They reveal characteristics never before seen from Oscillations to Asset Management to Fault Analysis. Synchrophasor measurements provide a means to develop new tools to assist operators and engineers alike in making the system more reliable.
