Speaker Bio:
Howard joined Power Quality Services in December of 1999 as a Senior Engineer. He supports investigative services, analysis, and solution implementation efforts for SRP and its customers. Howard has extensive experience in the design, construction and maintenance of commercial and industrial power systems.
Howard joined SRP's Facilities Design group in 1990 where he led design efforts in the construction and renovation of SRP's offices and service centers. Prior to joining SRP, Howard supervised the Plant Design group at Loral Defense Systems Arizona and Goodyear Aerospace in Akron.
Howard holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and is a Professional Engineer registered in Arizona.
